This beautiful home replaced blue carpet in living, dinning and master bedroom with a 3” Red Oak Select floor with a border and a black walnut feature strip stained medium brown with 3 coats of oil based satin finish.

This wine country home chose to add the warmth of American cherry ¾ x3” floor Installed sanded and sealed neutral, finished with 2 coats of semi gloss oil base polyurethane.

This Sonoma home was not old but its floor coverings and baseboards were worn out. Old carpet and vinyl were replaced by a ¾ x 5” # 2 Maple plank. Then finished with the finest water based finish to avoid the yellow patina of an oil base. New paint grade base was installed.
